Rv2608, Rv3619, Rv3620, and Rv1813 are proteins from *Mycobacterium tuberculosis* (Mtb) that have been identified as immunogenic components relevant for vaccine development. These antigens are often studied individually or as part of a fusion protein (notably ID93) to enhance immune responses against Mtb infection. Rv2608, Rv3619, and Rv3620 are expressed during active TB disease, while Rv1813 is expressed primarily during latent infection stages. ID93, a fusion protein of these antigens, is under clinical investigation as a TB vaccine candidate.
