NAALADL2 antisense RNA 3 (NAALADL2-AS3) is a long non-coding RNA transcribed from an antisense genomic region adjacent to or overlapping the NAALADL2 gene locus on chromosome 3[8][4][6]. It is classified as a non-protein coding RNA and its biological function, regulatory mechanism, and clinical relevance have not been established. Unlike its paralog NAALADL2-AS2, which has been investigated as a regulator in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and prostate cancer[1][5], NAALADL2-AS3 does not have published studies demonstrating its molecular interactions, disease implications, or therapeutic potential. Current information regarding NAALADL2-AS3 is limited to gene location and classification.
