NARF antisense RNA 2 (NARF-AS2) is likely a member of the natural antisense transcripts (NATs), classified as a long non-coding RNA transcribed in antisense direction to the NARF gene. Antisense RNAs, including NATs, regulate gene expression at multiple levels (replication, transcription, translation), typically by interacting with their sense mRNA partners.
