Neisserial adhesin A (NadA) is a trimeric autotransporter protein found on the surface of certain strains of *Neisseria meningitidis*. NadA plays a critical role in mediating adhesion to and invasion of host tissues, contributing to the bacterium's virulence. It is also an important immunogen and a key antigen included in the licensed anti-meningococcus B vaccine 4CMenB.
