Neuralized E3 ubiquitin protein ligase 1B (NEURL1B) is an enzyme in the neuralized family of E3 ubiquitin ligases, playing a regulatory role in the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway by mediating the ubiquitination of specific substrate proteins such as Notch ligands.
