RFPL4B (Novel ret finger protein-like 4B) is a predicted protein-coding gene in humans that belongs to the ret finger protein-like family. It is postulated to encode a putative E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase, likely involved in the regulation of protein stability, activity, and signaling through ubiquitination, similar to other E3 ligases. RFPL4B has predicted activity in protein homodimerization and kinase binding, with possible roles in cellular signal transduction, autophagy, and NF-κB pathway regulation.
