NUFIP1 pseudogene 1 (NUFIP1P1)

NUFIP1 pseudogene 1 is a non-protein-coding genomic element identified as a pseudogene related to the Nuclear FMR1 interacting protein 1 gene. Unlike its protein-coding counterpart, it does not produce a functional RNA-binding protein and is not known to have any independent biological or disease-associated role.
