Overview

The **NY-ESO-1 peptide (SLLMWITQC; residues 157–165) presented by HLA-A*02:01** is an immunodominant epitope derived from NY-ESO-1, a prototypic cancer-testis antigen highly expressed in several solid and hematological malignancies but absent from essential normal tissues except germ and placental cells[1][4][6].
