Overview
ONCOKINE-1 is a soluble protein secreted by tumor cells that promotes resistance to cancer immunotherapies and contributes to tumor progression by modulating the tumor microenvironment. It suppresses tumor cell apoptosis and inhibits dendritic cell activation, leading to an immunosuppressive "immune-cold" environment.
