Overview

OC166-9 is a specific antigen found on ovarian cancer cells, and its internal image is mimicked by the anti-idiotypic antibody 6B11 [1.3.2]. In therapeutic contexts, autologous T cells or cytokine-induced killer (CIK) cells are primed with 6B11 or its derived peptides to recognize these specific pMHC complexes [1.3.1, 1.4.1]. This recognition triggers a targeted cytotoxic immune response against the malignant cells [1.3.4]. This approach is primarily investigated for treating advanced, platinum-resistant, or recurrent ovarian cancer [1.3.2].
