Paracrine signalling factors from adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (AD-MSCs, or ADSCs) refer to the wide variety of biologically active molecules secreted by these cells, including growth factors (such as VEGF, HGF, FGF2), cytokines, chemokines, and extracellular vesicle contents (proteins, miRNAs)[5][4]. These secreted factors mediate many of the therapeutic and regenerative effects attributed to stem cell therapy, including promoting angiogenesis, suppressing apoptosis, modulating inflammation, and enhancing tissue repair in various disease contexts (e.g., cardiovascular, degenerative, inflammatory, or traumatic conditions)[3][5][10]. Due to their heterogeneity and dependence on the physiological state of donor cells, these factors are not considered a single druggable therapeutic target, but rather represent a strategy for cell-free therapies or regenerative medicine. Standardization, mechanism elucidation, and safety remain significant challenges[5][6].
