Target intelligence / Profile preview
PDLIM7 antisense RNA 1 (PDLIM7-AS1) is a long non-coding RNA gene located in the human genome antisense to the *PDLIM7* gene. Unlike its protein-coding counterpart PDLIM7, which is a scaffold protein involved in cytoskeletal organization and signaling, PDLIM7-AS1 does not encode a protein product and currently has no established molecular function, disease role, or drug associations in the scientific literature or public gene databases. Its biological significance remains unknown.
