Overview
PVRIG (Poliovirus Receptor Related Immunoglobulin Domain Containing), also known as CD112R, is a coinhibitory immune checkpoint receptor expressed on T cells and NK cells. It binds to Nectin-2/CD112, which is expressed on antigen-presenting cells and tumor cells, leading to the inhibition of T cell and NK cell activity. PVRIG is being investigated as a potential target for cancer immunotherapy to enhance anti-tumor immunity.
