Database entries indicate that MARCHF6-DT enables poly-ADP-D-ribose binding and protein binding[2]. There is no substantive evidence in major gene or protein knowledgebases suggesting that MARCHF6-DT is a validated protein-coding gene, a well-characterized therapeutic target, or meaningfully involved in characterized human diseases. The complex and overlapping synonyms with standard MARCHF6, a well-established E3 ubiquitin ligase[1][4], point to nomenclature confusion. Based on current sources, MARCHF6-DT is not recognized as a canonical therapeutic target.
