Overview

PRAME family member 11 (PRAMEF11) is a protein-coding gene on chromosome 1 (12,824,605–12,831,410, reverse strand), encoding a protein predicted to enable ubiquitin-like ligase-substrate adaptor activity and to participate in proteasome-mediated, ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic processes as part of a Cullin-2 RING ubiquitin ligase complex[1][9][10]. It is one of the PRAME (Preferentially Expressed Antigen in Melanoma) family members, potentially sharing some characteristics with the broader PRAME family, such as leucine-rich repeats and possible involvement in nuclear receptor signaling, but specific direct biological or therapeutic functions for PRAMEF11 remain unvalidated in the current literature[1][9][10]. There are no known interacting drugs, established biomarkers, or safety concerns documented for PRAMEF11, and it is not currently considered an established therapeutic target.
