Overview

Prostate cancer-expressed EZH2-associated transcript (PCSEAT), also known as PRCAT38, is a long non-coding RNA highly expressed in prostate cancer tissue. It exhibits oncogenic properties and functions as a competing endogenous RNA that associates with EZH2, a key histone methyltransferase involved in gene silencing and prostate cancer biology.
