Target intelligence / Profile preview
PSD2 antisense RNA 1 (PSD2-AS1, also called CTB-35F21.2) is a long non-coding RNA transcribed from the strand opposite the protein-coding PSD2 gene. As an lncRNA, it is presumed to regulate gene expression at the transcriptional or post-transcriptional level, potentially by forming antisense RNA duplexes with PSD2 mRNA, but its precise biological role and disease associations are not well defined in current literature[3].
