Target intelligence / Profile preview
RABGAP1L divergent transcript (RABGAP1L-DT) is a human long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) located at chromosome 1q25.1, transcribed from the region adjacent and divergent to the protein-coding RABGAP1L gene[5][8][9]. It is not known to encode a protein, and there is currently no evidence supporting its role as a receptor, enzyme, transporter, or other classical therapeutic target. Its function, disease relevance, or involvement in cellular processes has not yet been established or reported in the literature or public databases. Thus, RABGAP1L-DT should not be confused with the protein-coding RABGAP1L gene or its protein product.
