Mutations or dysfunction in components of this complex, including RSPH10B2, can contribute to diseases such as primary ciliary dyskinesia[1]. Radial spoke head 10 homolog B2 (RSPH10B2) is a structural protein required for proper motility of cilia and flagella, associated with rare inherited diseases such as primary ciliary dyskinesia when defective, but is not currently considered a classical therapeutic target or receptor[1][2][3][5][6][12][14].
