Radical fringe O-fucosylpeptide 3-beta-N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase (RFNG) is an enzyme of the glycosyltransferase family that modulates Notch signaling pathways by catalyzing the addition of N-acetylglucosamine (GlcNAc) to O-fucose residues on epidermal growth factor-like repeats in Notch receptors.
