RANBP10 is a core component of the CTLH E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex, contributing to the ubiquitination and degradation of specific transcription factors, and it also functions as an adapter protein linking membrane receptors (such as the androgen receptor) to intracellular signaling pathways[1][2]. The protein interacts with β-tubulin and plays a crucial role in the formation of non-centrosomal microtubules in the cytoplasm[1][4][5].
