Rap1 GTPase-GDP dissociation stimulator 1 (RAP1GDS1) is a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) that catalyzes the exchange of GDP for GTP in members of the small GTPase family, particularly Rho and Ras subfamilies, including Rap1a, Rap1b, RhoA, RhoB, and KRas[8][1][3].
