Ras-associating and dilute domain-containing protein (RADIL) is a cytoplasmic protein encoded by the *RADIL* gene on human chromosome 7p22.1. RADIL acts as a downstream effector of Rap GTPases, playing an essential role in regulating cell adhesion, migration, and the movement of neural crest precursor cells during development. It is involved in intracellular signaling processes—particularly those governing cytoskeletal changes and substrate-dependent cell spreading. RADIL is located in microtubules and interacts with other proteins to mediate cell adhesion and migration. There are no current drugs, biomarkers, or safety considerations attached to RADIL in clinical or preclinical therapeutics.
