Ras association domain family member 8 (RASSF8) is a protein encoded by the *RASSF8* gene in humans. It is a member of the Ras association domain family and acts as a tumor suppressor protein, playing a central role in maintaining adherens junctions in epithelial cells and regulating cell migration. RASSF8 is associated with suppression of lung tumor development and has been implicated in developmental syndromes such as synpolydactyly due to chromosomal translocations involving the gene.
