Target intelligence / Profile preview
Receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 2 (ROR2) is a receptor tyrosine kinase involved in noncanonical and canonical Wnt signaling pathways. It plays crucial roles in skeletal and neural development. ROR2 interacts with WNT5A and Frizzled receptors to transduce signals. Dysregulation of ROR2 is associated with developmental disorders like Robinow syndrome and Brachydactyly type B, as well as various cancers, including renal cell carcinoma.
