RFX2 antisense RNA 1 (RFX2-AS1) is a long non-coding RNA gene in humans, transcribed antisense to the gene encoding regulatory factor X 2 (RFX2), a DNA-binding transcription factor involved in gene regulation related to ciliary function, spermatogenesis, and immune responses.
