Target intelligence / Profile preview
The Rho GTPase-activating protein 27-like protein pseudogene (Ensembl: ENSG00000265982) is a non-protein-coding genomic locus similar in sequence to the protein-coding ARHGAP27 gene. Unlike ARHGAP27, which encodes an enzyme regulating Rho GTPase signaling, this pseudogene does not encode a functional protein and has no known molecular, pharmacological, or disease-modifying activity. Its biomedical significance is limited to sequence similarity; it is not a valid drug target or receptor molecule[1][2].
