Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor 35 (ARHGEF35)

Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor 35 (ARHGEF35) is a member of the RhoGEF family, proteins that activate Rho family small GTPases by facilitating the exchange of GDP for GTP. These proteins regulate actin cytoskeleton remodeling, cell adhesion, and interactions with the extracellular matrix. Although there is little direct experimental evidence specifically characterizing ARHGEF35, it is assumed to influence actin dynamics and cellular adhesiveness, similar to other RhoGEFs. Dysregulation of this class of proteins is known to contribute to processes such as cell migration and tumor metastasis, but there is no evidence that ARHGEF35 is currently considered a direct therapeutic target or is involved in any specific human disease
