Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor 6 (ARHGEF6) is a multidomain protein acting both as a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) specifically for the Rho family GTPases Rac1 and Cdc42, and as a scaffolding protein for cellular signaling complexes[1][2][3][4]. Though no pharmacological drugs directly target ARHGEF6, its pathway is considered important in neurodevelopmental and cytoskeletal disorders.
