RPL24 pseudogene 6 (RPL24P6) is a processed pseudogene of the human ribosomal protein L24 gene (RPL24). Pseudogenes like RPL24P6 are formed via retrotransposition of mRNA and lack protein-coding capability due to disablements such as premature stop codons, frameshifts, and absence of regulatory sequences.
