Target intelligence / Profile preview
Ribosomal protein L31 pseudogene 63 (RPL31P63) is a non-coding genomic sequence in humans corresponding to the functional ribosomal protein L31 gene (RPL31). RPL31 is a structural component of the large (60S) ribosomal subunit involved in protein synthesis. However, as a pseudogene, RPL31P63 itself does not produce a functional protein, is not implicated in disease or therapeutics, and is not a drug target.
