Target intelligence / Profile preview
Ribosomal protein L6 pseudogene 30 (RPL6P30) is a processed pseudogene in the human genome that shares sequence similarity with the functional ribosomal protein L6 gene (RPL6)[1][4][7]. As a pseudogene, RPL6P30 does not encode a functional protein and has no known physiological, therapeutic, or pathological role[1][4][7]. It is one of several noncoding genomic copies derived from RPL6, and there is no evidence that RPL6P30 is transcribed into a functional RNA or impacts human disease or drug response[1][6][7].
