RPS15AP25 has no reported role in disease, no known therapeutic or biomarker functions, and is not considered a conventional target for drug discovery or therapy[1][2][4]. Key clarification: RPS15AP25 should not be confused with its protein-coding parental gene RPS15A, which encodes the ribosomal protein S15a, a component of the 40S ribosomal subunit with established roles in ribosome function and certain anemias[3][5]. No evidence was found for clinical, therapeutic, or biomarker relevance of RPS15AP25.
