RNF151 interacts with dysbindin, a protein involved in membrane biogenesis, suggesting a possible role in acrosome formation during sperm development[2]. There is currently no evidence that RNF151 is a validated therapeutic target in humans, nor are there any known drugs or established disease associations; it is not listed among standard targets for receptor, enzyme, transporter, or other classical druggable protein classes[1][3][9].
