RN7SK pseudogene 20 (RN7SKP20) is annotated as a pseudogene related to the functional small nuclear RNA gene RN7SK. The canonical, functional gene RN7SK encodes a non-coding small nuclear RNA (snRNA) that plays a key regulatory role in transcription by controlling the activity of the positive transcription elongation factor b (P-TEFb)[3][5].
