However, as a pseudogene, RN7SKP66 does not encode an active RNA product and does not appear in major gene/protein databases as a functional molecule. There is no reported evidence for transcriptional activity, biological function, disease association, or pharmacological modulation of RN7SKP66, differentiating it from its parent gene RN7SK, which is biologically important[1][2].
