Target intelligence / Profile preview
RNU7-84P (RNA, U7 small nuclear 84 pseudogene) is a human pseudogene with no known protein or functional RNA product. It is homologous to genes encoding U7 small nuclear RNA, a component of the U7 small nuclear ribonucleoprotein (snRNP) complex essential for histone pre-mRNA processing, but RNU7-84P itself is not known to produce a functional transcript or contribute to cellular processes. There are no known associations of RNU7-84P with disease, cell signaling, biological function, or therapeutic targeting.
