Sarcoma 180 cell line (S180)

Sarcoma 180 (S180) is a murine transplantable tumor cell line that has been widely utilized in oncology research since the early 20th century (PMID: 17211604). It is frequently employed as an in vivo or in vitro model to screen for potential anticancer agents, particularly natural products, polysaccharides, and immunomodulators (PMID: 22403535).
