Overview
The Sialyl-Tn antigen (sTn) is a truncated O-glycan highly expressed in various human carcinomas but with limited expression in normal adult tissues. Its presence is associated with poor prognosis and increased metastatic potential. It is a target for diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, including vaccine development.
