Spalt like transcription factor 4 pseudogene 3 (SALL4P3, ENSG00000277211) is a human unprocessed pseudogene derived from the SALL4 transcription factor gene family. Pseudogenes are genomic DNA sequences similar to normal genes but non-functional due to mutations or lack of regulatory elements. SALL4P3 does not encode a functional protein and is not known to serve as a direct drug target, receptor, enzyme, or therapeutic biomolecule. Although some pseudogenes can act as regulatory RNAs or participate in cellular processes such as gene expression regulation, there is no specific evidence establishing a function, druggability, or biomarker utility for SALL4P3.
