Main symptoms include abdominal pain, poor appetite, loose stools or diarrhea, a pale tongue with white coating, fatigue, cold limbs, and a weak pulse. In TCM, the spleen and stomach jointly manage transformation and transportation of nutrients; their yang deficiency is linked to 'internal cold,' dampness, and systemic sluggishness.
