Target intelligence / Profile preview
SRGAP3 Antisense RNA 1 (SRGAP3-AS1) is a human long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) gene located antisense to the SRGAP3 gene. It is transcribed but not translated into a protein. Its function has not been definitively established, but, as with many lncRNAs, it may regulate the expression of the associated sense gene (SRGAP3) or participate in RNA-based regulatory processes. It is not widely described in the literature as a direct therapeutic target, nor is it known to interact with approved drugs at this time.
