T-cell factor 1 (Tcf1) is a high mobility group (HMG) box-containing transcription factor encoded by the TCF7 gene, belonging to the TCF/LEF family. It functions as a key mediator of the canonical Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and plays a critical role in T-cell lineage specification, development, and differentiation.
