Activation of T lymphocytes, particularly CD4+ T cells, enhances antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) by promoting NK cell activation and function via cytokine (e.g., IL-2) secretion[6][7]. This approach can overcome therapeutic resistance in cancer by engaging T cells to improve the efficacy of monoclonal antibodies, such as anti-HER2 and anti-CD20 agents.
