Talin 2 pseudogene

Talin 2 pseudogene (ENSG00000250655) is a genomic sequence that bears homology to the functional TLN2 (talin 2) gene, but does not encode a protein and is not known to play any established biological or pathological role. Pseudogenes arise through gene duplication or retrotransposition events but accumulate mutations that inactivate their coding potential.
