TBC1 domain family member 3F (TBC1D3F) is a primate-specific member of the TBC1 domain family, implicated as a GTPase-activating protein (GAP) for RAB5, involved in the regulation and optimization of macropinocytosis via ARF6- and GGA3-dependent pathways[1][3].
