Target intelligence / Profile preview
TEC proto-oncogene tyrosine-protein kinase (Tec kinase) is a non-receptor protein tyrosine kinase encoded by the *TEC* gene. It is a member of the Tec family of kinases, expressed primarily in hematopoietic cells, and involved in various signaling pathways regulating cell proliferation, differentiation, motility, apoptosis, gene expression, and actin cytoskeleton organization. Its dysregulation is implicated in cancer and immunodeficiency.
