Target intelligence / Profile preview
Tenascin-C Extra-Domain A1 (TNC-A1) is an alternatively spliced fibronectin type III (FNIII) domain of the extracellular matrix glycoprotein Tenascin-C. It is upregulated in tumors and promotes cancer cell survival, proliferation, invasion, angiogenesis, immune evasion and metastasis. TNC-A1 isoforms serve as promising targets for diagnostic imaging agents or targeted therapies.
Antibody-drug conjugates targeting TNC-A1; CAR-T cell therapies targeting TNC-A1; Immunotherapy targeting TNC-A1
