TEPSIN antisense RNA 1 (TEPSIN-AS1) is a human long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) gene located on the antisense strand relative to the TEPSIN locus. It is classified as a natural antisense transcript (NAT), a subclass of lncRNAs that are transcribed from the opposite strand of a protein-coding locus. As of this writing, there is no published function, disease association, or drug interaction specific to TEPSIN-AS1.
