Target intelligence / Profile preview
The thymic stromal lymphopoietin receptor (TSLPR) is a heterodimeric cell surface receptor complex consisting of CRLF2 and IL-7Rα. It mediates the biological effects of thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP), a cytokine that plays a key role in initiating and modulating type 2 immune responses and is involved in inflammation, allergy, and immune homeostasis.
TSLPR forms a heterodimeric receptor complex with IL-7Rα that binds TSLP, activating the JAK/STAT signaling pathway.
